Bay Area Service Design Think Tank

We’re hosting our first Think Tank for Service Designers in the Bay Area with the goal of learning and growing the craft of Service Design together. This is a community for Mid to Senior level Service Designers who are interested in sharing best practices and discussing successes & challenges.
This is the beginning of a regular gathering of Service Designers. Doors will open at 6:30 pm where we will have drinks and bites.
We will meet and greet for the first half and our hosts will help facilitate a group discussion around Service Design in the Bay Area. The event aims to end at 8:30.

About the organizers
Sasheen has managed design operations for over 20 years. She is passionate about activating her design teams to reach their full potential. Sasheen studied Project Management at UC Berkeley and Design at UAL in London. From her time at IDEO, Art.com, and Ixonos she has managed and grown design teams, creative processes, and design culture. Sasheen is continually known for motivating her teams to deliver above and beyond client expectations to drive team and client success while spreading the gospel of design thinking.
Bethany has worked as a consultant and advisor for a number of clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK, Middle East & Central Africa. Beth’s special focus is using her design-led approach to craft and implement connected evidence-based solutions. Her goal in every project is to deliver service excellence and create experiences that end users love.
