Ixonos acquires InterQuest to become the fastest digital transformation service provider

By joining forces, Ixonos and InterQuest revolutionize customer centric service design. The new offering will help organizations to create successful digital products and services by combining business design, continuous user insight, service design and technology implementation. This will benefit organizations and brands with significantly faster digital transformation lead times and better visibility into the fast changing user habits that affect the digital service lifecycles.

With the acquisition of InterQuest, Ixonos is now able to answer to the market demand and provide end-user insights on a global scale with InterQuest’s LeanLab co-creation community platform. With LeanLab companies can enhance the customer experience, which is the key success factor for both B2C and B2B brands in the digital world.

InterQuest is a Finnish digital user research agency with a pioneering track record in helping brands to move into realtime dialogue with customers to develop better products, services and customer experience. InterQuest provides an innovative platform to create user communities for continuous, realtime user-insights and co-design. The company serves a great variety of clients globally, from USA to Asia.

Ixonos is already uniquely positioned through its Discover, Design, Deliver -service approach – i.e. combining seamlessly state-of-the-art user insight, service design and technology development and implementation. InterQuest acquisition further deepens its user insight offering as part of Discover area by engaging its customers’ end-users to their service development processes continuously. This combination makes Ixonos the first company in the world capable of offering a fully integrated end-to-end solution to drive digital transformation initiatives and customer centric corporate cultures.

“It´s evident that the next big leap in digital service design is a real-time and deep user insight – and the demand for this will grow exponentially in the near future. With LeanLab Ixonos is now able to provide the fastest digital transformation service process with a focus on continuous user engagement. Our customers can immediately react to the fast changing user preferences by designing and implementing new features that truly resonate with end-users”, states Sami Paihonen, CEO at Ixonos.

“The merger with Ixonos gives our customers a totally new dimension to develop their digital products and services, in close collaboration with end users covering the whole design journey from innovation to implementation”, explains Ville Österlund, CEO at InterQuest.
