Jenny Nyman from Digitalist is giving a speech on Agile UX and Service Design

SIGCHI Finland is arranging an annual Spring seminar on 22nd of May. The seminar is giving an insight from different angles around the theme of Agile UX and it is arranged in co-operation with Laurea University of Applied Science.

Jenny Nyman is talking about design over project borders.  In the agile project world, where does service design fit in? What are the common pitfalls and how can we avoid them? Jenny Nyman is a Lead Designer that has experience of leading design teams in large programs with several related projects and she shares her experience and lessons learned. Come and find out more.
