There are a lot of nice, seamless customer experiences out there, that leave people satisfied, but don’t stick around for longer. Other brands, on the other hand, are able to consistently produce joyful, meaningful experiences and gather loyal supporters.

We are organising a peer-to-peer meetup on this topic on 17.11.2022 at our Helsinki Esplanadi office, and we would love to see you there! Please note that the event will be organised in Finnish. At the meetup, we will introduce you to how you should approach your brand and experience design together. You will also get some tools to start analysing the brand experience gaps within your organisation. In addition, you get to network with fellow brand and customer experience colleagues from different industries.
