The City of Turku has chosen Digitalist to become their partner, and provide them with design methods and customer-driven development services for the next two years. We have already been a frame-agreement partner with the City of Turku since 2018, offering them IT-consulting and professional services, and we are very excited to now further expand our collaboration. Digitalist has vast experience in working with the Finnish public sector, and we have already for years been working with many cities to advance Service Design and help them become more customer-driven. The partnership with the City of Turku will further expand our footprint within this field.

Digitalist came out of the bidding process with the highest evaluations out of the five selected companies. In the evaluation we were especially noted by our understanding of project work, and development work within an urban environment. Also our capabilities to implement interactivity into the work got credited.
