The City of Helsinki acquires a customer research platform and related expert services from Digitalist
The city of Helsinki has put into continuous use the customer research platform and the related expert services provided by Digitalist. The new agreement continues the multi-year cooperation between Digitalist and the City of Helsinki in the field of customer research. In a four-year period, the total value of the service can rise to a maximum of 4 million euros.
The City of Helsinki has already had a virtual customer community running for three years. That was established and maintained together with Digitalist. The community has been used especially to support the development of the City of Helsinki’s digital services, and it was originally used to support the city’s website renewal. With the new agreement, the purpose of the customer research platform and related expert services is to enable the city to utilise customer community activities and digital tools in customer research and service development. The agreement extends the use of the common tools, practices and the customer community with research services to the entire City of Helsinki.
“It’s great to be able to continue our long cooperation with the City of Helsinki’s customer research,” says Raisa Suihkonen, CX Insight Director at Digitalist. “Alongside the customer research platform, our research experts help Helsinki in promoting inclusion and customer-oriented development of services. Helsinki is a pioneer in the participation of city residents, and we are excited to take this work to a new level,” Suihkonen continues.
